Flipbook Animation - Number 2

I had some spare pages after my walking flipbook so I did some more practice (plus I am waiting for the batteries to charge so I can do a charcoal animation to ^^). I am happy with my progress, Miiku is smiling and waving. Only had six pages though :P, I would have done some more arm movements if there was more room after my walking animation.

Flipbook Animation

My first time animating with a hand made flipbook with no guillotine, I need to make the rest of the flipbooks at Uni so I can cut them neatly XD. Anywho, it is very choppy, but she is walking. My first time animating with a flipbook ^^. Miiku is walking.

Cartoons

Just a sketch for now, going to colour it on Photoshop. It is my character and my boyfriends character from WoW playing with our new toys. Mine is the Wind Rider and I drew it more like a kitten playing, and my boyfriends is like a puppy being taught to sit.
I quite like this cartoon.

Storyboard Practice

Just more practice, I bought a new sketch journal and this is the first thing in it ^^. I was thinking of more storyboard practice for an action scene, but it sort of turned into a comic book as well lol. I do like it though. It is a fight between my Miiku and the antagonist, Zahlandra, who is my evil sorceress in my story.

Animating in Photoshop

Finished the animation. My next project I will tackle more to animate :). I am pleased with how this has turned out.

Done a background, and outlined Amara in black ^^. Just WIP update, I have colour to do now :P. I also gave her a cloak because she is in the snow!

My first go at animating in Photoshop, it is very choppy. I think I tried to animate too much and I am inexperienced at the moment :P. Still it is good practice.

I animated her face, hair and ears.

Second practice with Photoshop, this one has more frames so that the animation doesn't stop and start. Nine frames for this one instead of five in my Miiku one. Gonna work more on this one, just happy this is good ^^.

Practice

I was just practicing with water colours to draw backgrounds, so far in this animation I am up to 50 frames and I still have a way for Miiku to go before she gets to the front of the image. And then I am going to have to flesh her out and work on the form more. So far though, I am happy I have been able to move the figure and it is walking :). Just so much work to do and working on the computer tires me out a lot.

New Years Celebration

I think this is finished. It was a big project, I am pleased with how it turned out. These are my characters Amara and Miiku, in a county fair. It's my first time adding a lot of people in besides my main characters, so it was very good practice.
I am very happy with this.
